3 YAERS Warranty Terms
1-Year Limited Warranty + 2-Year Supplemental Warranty (Total 3 Years)
Year 1: Limited Warranty
If your product fails due to material or workmanship defects within the first year of purchase, Aeocky will, at its sole discretion, provide repair or replacement services to restore the product to proper working condition. Should repair or replacement not resolve the issue, we will offer other appropriate remedies. Provided that you agree to the applicable warranty terms, we will also cover all associated warranty costs.
Year 2-Year 3: Supplemental Warranty
Important
①No action will extend the original warranty period of your product.
②You must return the product to us when requested.
③Before proceeding with any warranty service, AEOCKY may require the user to provide necessary supporting materials, including but not limited to: product serial number, photos/videos of the damage, proof of purchase, and a description of the usage environment. If the user is unable to provide these materials, AEOCKY reserves the right to refuse or delay the warranty approval.
④In the event of an original defect in material and/or workmanship, to the extent permitted by law, the remedies set forth immediately above are your sole and exclusive remedies.
What is Covered
This warranty is valid only when the product is used properly and in accordance with the instructions in the user manual.
Who is Covered?
This limited warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any subsequent owner of the product, regardless of whether the product transferred ownership during the specified term of the limited warranty. This Limited Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser who purchased the product through official sales channels (currently limited to the Aeocky Direct store on Amazon) and is non-transferable. The warranty shall vest solely in the original purchaser and shall not extend to any subsequent owner, regardless of any transfer of the product's ownership during the warranty period.
What is Not Covered
1. Accident, misuse, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
2. Any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purposes.
3.Normal wear and tear of wearable parts.
4.Use of force, damage caused by external influences.
5.Damage caused by non-observance of the User Manual, e.g. connection to anunsuitable mains supply or noncompliance with the instructions.
6.Partially or completely dismantled appliances.
7. Defects caused by or resulting from damages from shipping or from repairs,service, or alteration to the product or any of its parts that have been performedby a repair person not authorized by Aeocky.
