I LOVE my new dehumidifier! It is quiet and along with some other adjustments in return and outflow ducts, I have achieved a basement that is comfortable to work in. Now I am rearranging it and looking forward to making pottery there soon. Thank you!

Great product

This dehumidifier is simple to operate and is reliable. It is easy to empty and has drain hose option which I have not used.

I now own two of these and am very pleased with them. The oldest one I have had for over a year and it still works the same as the first day I used it. I am able to use the hose supplied with it and run it into the shower drains. I live in a very humid climate on the coast of NC. My ac units constantly pull moisture from the air but I sometimes need a little extra. I highly recommend these units.

I had bought the humidifier to replace my current humidifier. It wasn't performing properly and the team from Aeocky worked with me to try and fix the problem. I was completely satisfied with their fixing of the problem I had.

The first one worked for a year great but condenser stopped working. Reached out to customer support and they quickly determined I warranted a new replacement which shipped quickly and is working wonderfully. Needed it in this wet muggy weather in FL!

Aeocky has excellent customer service. We had an issue with our dehumidifier after a year and contacted them by email. They replied very quickly, had me try some things to see what the problem might be, then sent me a new one which is working great. They were very efficient and stayed in top of it until the situation was resolved.

I purchased a unit and it worked very well throughout the summer. When I started it up again this year it was not removing water. I contacted customer service and they had me try a couple things. This did not fix the issue, but they quickly replaced my unit, and everything is working great now. I was very appreciative with the fast turnaround and support I received.

Unit works great, customer service was awesome. After doing remodeling in my basement, there was a clog internally. The drain hose was not working properly and it kept filling the internal bucket at the same time. Contacted support and they sent me a whole new unit free and told me to keep the old one for parts.
I have both units running now on auto with no issues keeping my house at a healthy humidity. Highly recommend.

After about a year, my dehumidifier no longer operated within the expected 45-55% RH window. I contacted the support team and received prompt support. After collecting some testing data to show the unit��s performance, and that it was no longer correctly operating�� I received a new dehumidifier and it works perfectly! I have never received such kind and thoughtful service. I was a field engineer and know how important service and support are with products. Things break, that��s life, and having a responsive corrective active is a company��s best practice for both the company and the customer. Excellent warranty and would highly recommend this company��s products!

My Aeocky 5500 humidifier failed prior to end of 1st year. Estelle in customer service was excellent to work with. After a few diagnostic tests that were easy to follow, she confirmed the unit was bad and immediately ordered a new one that arrived 3 days later. I appreciate it when companies stand by their products and to have a good customer service experience to resolve the situation is a real bonus.

I got this to keep the garage drier. Didn't want to drill any holes through exterior walls so I didn't set up with the drain hose. When I first started it up it had to be emptied 3 times a day, just to keep the humidity below 70%. I guess that was to being by the coast in East Central Florida. After a couple of months the tank needed to be emptied less and less. After a year, I keep the humidity at less than 45% and now empty it every 3-4 weeks.

This unit works great, easy to use and works well in large rooms and has really helped with removing the humidity caused by our mini splits AC. The customer service is excellent. I received prompt communication and resolution. I highly recommend this company and their products.

We bought our dehumidifier just over one year ago. It has performed exactly as we had hoped. Quiet, efficient and effective. We bought a second unit this year to extend our basement coverage. (We do not use the hose to drain.)

Our unit stopped working after about one year. Aeocky Customer Service was SUPERB, getting back to us immediately after we notified them, working with us to test the unit, confirming that it was defective, and immediately sending a replacement unit without requiring us to return the old one. The new one is working well. We couldn't have asked for more.

Works great

I originally ordered this dehumidifier about a year ago, and for a year it worked great, keeping my basement at my desired 45-50% humidity. I especially liked the auto-drying mode where the device isn't running full time.

About a month ago, I noticed my basement was at 60% humidity, and the device was only blowing cold air. I reached out to the customer support team and they helped me initiate a replacement. I must say after dealing with the warranty process MULTIPLE times with GE dehumidifiers, this process was exceptionally easier. With the already long warranty on this device, I feel better knowing that their support is so easy to work with (and I am hopeful I won't have to for the remainder of the warranty period).

Customer service with Aeocky has been above and beyond! I had a unit that quit working after one year or so but it was under warranty. Through email communication we worked out some things I had to do to test out if the unit was faulty (which it was) so they replaced it at no charge. Communication was very good and very thorough - they wanted a satisfied customer and they have one in me! The new humidifier works well and I hope it continues to in the years to come. If not - I know I can depend on good customer service to help me out.

The unit was working perfectly but ended up with an issue of it not working after 12-13 months of use. They had me troubleshoot, which afterward they promptly replaced the faulty unit. They went above and beyond with customer service. Highly recommend.

I almost never review products but this one earns a good rating. Packaged well. Plugged it in, pressed power and it was running immediately. Didn��t ask me for access to WiFi or to download an app. It just works. Fan is whisper quiet and it has a one button sleep mode that runs it constantly with low light and no alarms. I haven��t hooked up the hose yet for constant drainage but I��ve been shocked how much water it is pulling out of the air. Several gallons a day easily.

I only review items that are really good or really bad! This review is more about the company and customer service which is stellar. After a year, our dehumidifier stopped dehumidifying. I assumed it was a one-year throw away and I'd have to buy another. On a lark I searched out Aeocky's website and filled out the warranty form with no expectation of any remedy. I got an immediate response asking me to do some diagnostics which showed the unit was faulty. They sent me a replacement unit within a week. This kind of customer service is sadly rare but I really appreciate Aeocky's great service.
