1-Year Limited Warranty + 2-Year Supplemental Warranty (Total 3 Years)

 

Year 1: Limited Warranty

 

If your product fails due to material or workmanship defects within the first year of purchase, Aeocky will, at its sole discretion, provide repair or replacement services to restore the product to proper working condition. Should repair or replacement not resolve the issue, we will offer other appropriate remedies. Provided that you agree to the applicable warranty terms, we will also cover all associated warranty costs.

 

Year 2-Year 3: Supplemental Warranty

 

During the second or third year after the date of purchase, if a failure occurs due to material or workmanship defects, or if a supplementary warranty plan is triggered due to the replacement of parts having been provided, Aeocky will determine the appropriate remedy at its sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, repair or reasonable compensation for the remaining warranty period. Provided that you agree to the applicable warranty terms, we will also cover the associated warranty costs.

 

Important


No action will extend the original warranty period of your product.

You must return the product to us when requested.

Before proceeding with any warranty service, AEOCKY may require the user to provide necessary supporting materials, including but not limited to: product serial number, photos/videos of the damage, proof of purchase, and a description of the usage environment. If the user is unable to provide these materials, AEOCKY reserves the right to refuse or delay the warranty approval.

In the event of an original defect in material and/or workmanship, to the extent permitted by law, the remedies set forth immediately above are your sole and exclusive remedies.

 

What is Covered

This warranty is valid only when the product is used properly and in accordance with the instructions in the user manual.

 

Who is Covered?

 

This Limited Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser who purchased the product through official sales channels (currently limited to the Aeocky Direct store on Amazon) and is non-transferable. The warranty shall vest solely in the original purchaser and shall not extend to any subsequent owner, regardless of any transfer of the product's ownership during the warranty period.

 

What is Not Covered

 

1. Accident, misuse, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.

2. Any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purposes.

3.Normal wear and tear of wearable parts.

4.Use of force, damage caused by external influences.

5.Damage caused by non-observance of the User Manual, e.g. connection to anunsuitable mains supply or noncompliance with the instructions.

6.Partially or completely dismantled appliances.

7. Defects caused by or resulting from damages from shipping or from repairs,service, or alteration to the product or any of its parts that have been performedby a repair person not authorized by Aeocky.

 

Detailed Warranty Provisions

 

1.From the date of purchase until the end of the warranty period, each order is eligible for only one product replacement service at most.

2.For products that come with a three-year warranty: during the first year after purchase, if the product experiences non-human damage caused by defects in materials or workmanship, AEOCKY will, based on the completeness of the evidence provided, determine at its sole discretion the type of warranty service to be provided, including but not limited to product repair or replacement.

In the following situations:

AEOCKY has already provided a replacement unit for the order.

Due to special circumstances during the first year (such as inventory shortage, ongoing quality improvement initiatives, inability to determine the cause of failure, etc.), AEOCKY is unable to provide a replacement unit.

The product becomes defective during the second or third year from the date of purchase.

Any of the above situations will trigger AEOCKYs Supplemental Warranty Policy. AEOCKY will provide compensation based on the following formula:

Compensation = Purchase Price ÷ 1,095 × Remaining Warranty Days

 

Example 1:

Customer A purchased an AEOCKY product with a list price of USD 279.99 and, after applying discounts or membership benefits, paid a final price of USD 239.99. This product includes a 1-year limited warranty plus a 2-year supplemental warranty, totaling three years of coverage.The product experienced an occasional malfunction 100 days after purchase. After submitting complete video evidence demonstrating that the dehumidifier could not operate properly, and in accordance with the first-year limited warranty policy, AEOCKY and the customer mutually agreed to send a replacement unit.The customer received the replacement unit, but it failed again 130 days after the original purchase date. The customer submitted a support ticket on the same day and provided evidence (by returning the product or submitting complete video proof) confirming that the dehumidifier could not function properly. At this point, the Supplemental Warranty Policy was activated.By mutual agreement, the customer received AEOCKYs unique compensation totaling:

239.99 ÷ 1,095 × (1,095 130) = USD 211.50

 

Example 2:

Customer A purchased an AEOCKY product with a list price of USD 279.99 and, after discounts or membership benefits, paid USD 239.99. The product is covered by a 1-year limited warranty (365 days) plus a 2-year supplemental warranty, totaling three years.

The product experienced an occasional malfunction on day 366, and the customer submitted a support ticket on the same day.

After returning the product or submitting complete video evidence proving that the dehumidifier could not operate properly, and in accordance with the Supplemental Warranty Policy for the second and third years, the customer received AEOCKYs compensation totaling:

239.99 ÷ 1,095 × (1,095 366) = USD 160.65

Note: The above examples illustrate warranty terms only and do not represent AEOCKY product quality or any other related information.

 

3. Once compensation for the remaining warranty days has been issued, all warranty services for that order shall be considered terminated.

4. AEOCKY employs various technical methods to identify whether claims originate from the same user.

If AEOCKY has already provided a user with a complete warranty service, then upon the users future purchases of AEOCKY products, additional verification may be required before warranty obligations continue. Such verification may include, but is not limited to:

the user returning the product at their own expense for analysis by AEOCKY, participating in AEOCKYs usage-habit survey, etc.

5.Once a malfunction is confirmed, AEOCKY will use the date on which the support ticket was submitted as the starting point for calculating the remaining warranty days.

6.AEOCKY reserves the right to reject any claim that does not comply with the warranty terms.

7.Aeocky is committed to ensuring product quality and user safety. However, in cases where a customer alleges property damage, personal injury, or other losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products, Aeocky reserves the right to investigate such claims and take appropriate legal action to protect the company's lawful rights and interests.

8.Any false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims may result in legal liability in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

9. To the extent permitted by law, AEOCKY reserves the final right of interpretation for this warranty policy.
