How We Resolve Covered Claims

After reviewing your claim, Aeocky may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair instructions, a replacement product, or another suitable solution. The service provided depends on the product, the issue, the warranty period, parts availability, and the information you provide.
Our warranty is intended to fix product issues covered by the warranty. It does not guarantee a refund.

Shipping for Warranty Service

For approved warranty claims within the contiguous United States, Aeocky will cover standard shipping for approved replacement parts or replacement units. If we need the product returned for inspection, we will provide instructions before you ship it.
Do not send any product to Aeocky without authorization. If a returned product is found not to be covered by this warranty, the customer may be responsible for return shipping or other reasonable handling costs.

Replacement Products and Warranty Period

Repair or replacement does not restart or extend the original warranty period. A replacement product is covered only for the remaining time under the original warranty, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
