This is my 3rd Aeocky dehumidifier purchase. I have had many brands over the years and none of them have worked as well as the Aeocky brand. They also have the best warranty.

I did have a unit that suffered a compressor failure after 4 months, but the customer support was great in getting me a replacement unit - loved the post sales support team.

This little machine really does the trick.
We have it draining into a sink in the laundry room which is central in our home. Small, not the ugly old fashioned units from our past.
Prior to purchasing, our humidity levels in our home were at 60+ levels making bedding feel damp. After running this for about a week our levels are at 40
We have a single level home if that helps.

Genuine real person fumble-fingered homeowner here. Recently had my basement renovated into livable space in a humid climate. To the ERV, I wanted to add a dehumidifier just because I live on the Atlantic coast. This one from a company I had never heard of has been doing a fine job, but on continuous operation, the pump often turned itself off. (Hardly surprising - it's just hooked up to a little thin hose that you can barely blow air through.) I installed a shelving unit next to the washing machine, lifted the dehumidifier so that the drain hose would be higher than the washer's drain pipe, cut the big plastic drain hose to fit, and switched it on. My basement is now as dry as the Sahara. At the dehumidifier itself, it's currently 35%, but even thirty feet away from its corner it's measuring at 45%. Current ambient humidity in the rest of the house runs between 66 and 82%. This thing really works!

I have had this up and running since the day it arrived.
Setup was simple, no surprises.
It is small enough to blend in to most any room, although I would imagine the most efficient performance is away from obstructions.
The unit has 3 drain options; gravity feed hose, pump, or bucket.
I started using the bucket, but it is TINY compared to the water output. Look to having to empty the bucket 3 to 4 or more times a day. The humidity in the room is about 55% right now; I suspect that it will drop further when all the humidity is drawn out of the room.
I just activated the pump so that I don't have to keep emptying the bucket. If there are any problems, I will edit this review. I have had several units from other manufacturers with a pump, and every single one quit working within months of activation. I am hoping for better performance with this one.
Gravity feed thru a hose is not an option for me, as there is nowhere in the room to rout a hose.
I am very surprised that I cannot find ANY ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS on the Aeocky web site, in the manual, or on the unit itself. I don't think I missed it. There may be something on the bottom, but I don't want to lay it down to look. This information SHOULD at least be in the manual, or one would think that it is on the web site. I wanted to be sure that the circuit is adequate.

This is a great humidifier. You get a lot for your money with this one and it definitely removes the humidity. It's quiet. You can use the drainage too, or it has a container that fills up inside and that container holds a lot of water. The appearance is great compact looking as wheels. It is definitely worth the money.

Works awesome keeping the humidity out of my 3D printing shop, but it produces a lot of heat so take that into consideration. The self emptying feature is great.

Its working great. I would recomend this prodcut to others.

Since we plugged it in it has stopped the humidity down over 25 degrees.

As advertised a good unit works well

I got this for my basement, it does an excellent job of reducing humidity. I love the auto drain feature, If I were to do it manually, I'd have to empty it several times a day.

I have bought at least 12 dehumidifiers over the last 20 years and this one is the best by a mile. It is easy to move, easy to operate and super quiet. When my other existing dehumidifier quits I am sure I will replace it with an Aeocky dehumidifier.

This product does very well at reducing and maintaining selected humidity. The automatic pump feature empties the tank as soon as it is full. The old empty-when-full humidifier would stop until the tank was emptied which allowed humidity to rise, sometimes 30% or more. This made the old machine run longer to restore desired humidity, costing more to run.

Took 2 or 3 days longer than originally expected to arrive, but definetly worth the wait. It "sucks" the moisture out of the air quickly! Very quiet, and does a great job reducing the humidity in my home. Went from 68% when it was started to 45% in about 6 hrs...really helps with the "feels like" temp in my unconditioned home--it was 84 inside (almost 95 outside), but much more comfortable with the lower humidity! Wheels help it move easily--ran the drain tube into the kitchen sink drain (i am on the 2nd floor, and no floor drains to use, which is why I got this one with a pump that can move the water "uphill" from the connection at the bottom of the machine up to the kitchen sink! Just make sure before you start it up that it has been sitting upright for 24 hrs!

Works great! Love the built in pump that automatically empty the collection tanks when full. Saves me a lot of work. I have the small drainage hose in the drain pipe that my washing machine empties into.

This is second unit purchased these units work great they are quiet and energy efficient and do what their supposed to due. They are quiet compared to other brands and remove alot of water have 2 in basement that is finished of large home work well and 3 year warranty is outstanding lucky to have other units last 2 years. Great units and good vendor quick shipping competitive price 3 year warranty make these a great value. Would definitely repurchase if needed way better quality than other brands.

This works great in our basement. We like the auto shutoff and multiple ways to drain the water. It has helped the humidity and musty smell in our basement. Highly recommend.
