Great product, but even better customer service. They really do care about their product and stand by their warranty and help the customer navigate.

After 10 months of use dehumidifier became faulty. Reached out to customer service & after some back & forth they decided to replace the unit. Look forward to using the new one hoping it lasts longer.🤞

An issue arose with my original purchase of a dehumidifier about 10 months after being put in service. The unit was no longer removing moisture from the air. Once I contacted customer support, I was asked to provide details about the unit, environment, etc. These items were easy to provide and were completed within an hour of receiving the directions. Communication from customer support throughout this process was very quick and helpful. It was determined the unit was defective and a new unit was shipped to me immediately. The new unit was received within 3 days and has been working wonderfully since putting it in service. I have been extremely impressed by not only the support from Aeocky but with the resolution they provided. I can highly recommend Aeocky to anyone looking for a good quality product with exceptional customer support.

Five stars are not nearly enough!!

I have used this dehumidifier for 17 days, the first night it shut off like it should when it is full, humidity was still pretty high so ran a couple more days/nights having to M/T the bucket about every 8-10 hours. The humidity checked in separate rooms is now at 45% . I does a great job so far BUT (always a but) if the water level could be adjusted to not fill to the top it would be good. The water sloshes when trying to unseat it to pull it out, So far I am extremely satisfied with this purchase, and I did purchase the 4 year extended warranty just in case. Will update as time goes by. UPDATE, I also wanted to add, I have seen several people saying it was lying down when they received it, NOT all users read the instructions Before plugging it in and then realized it needed to set upright for the designated time set in the instructions, just trying to reduce returns because of this problem.

This is the second dehumidifier I purchased this year. The last one I ordered from a different seller didn’t lower my humidity hardly at all. My basement humidity was 65-70 before purchasing that one. It got me down to 60%. This one here from this seller, was able to get my humidity level down to less than 50%. It’s a good size, has been running for over a month now with no issues. It’s as loud as you would expect from a humidifier. It’s easy to use and I have a drain hose running from it to my sump pit so I don’t have to mess with emptying the tank. As far as controls, set it and forget it. 10/10 Would recommend.

This dehumidifier is no joke. It works amazingly well. Plus it's super quiet even on high. It gets emptied 4 times a day, and very reliable. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Aeocky dehumidifier.

This unit is very quiet. I used to turn off my old dehumidifier when I worked in my basement because it was so loud. Not with this one. It's easy to empty, and if I want to, I can switch it to continuous drain with the hose hookup provided. I highly recommend this unit.

It works well so fare

I was happy to receive the dehumidifier without any delays. The instructions were great and the unit is working well.
Only one thing I'm not pleased about and that is the water bucket does not have a handle on it that I can pull it out with ease. There is an indention on the bottom of the bucket (by the floor that I have to bend over or kneel down to grab it) & every time a bit of water spills out when I pull it out.
The unit is very quiet and overall, am pleased with the unit!

This dehumidifier is very quiet and seems to be efficient. It was easy to set up and has reduced the humidity in my basement from 95% to 58%.

The dehumidifier stopped working after one year, so why the five stars? The warranty service was probably the best of any product I have ever owned. I reported the problem and a replacement appeared on my doorstep a few days later. My warranty was extended, and the new dehumidifier is working great. Products sometimes fail, which is unfortunate, but this company stands behind their products.

Works as advertised!

Should have bought this product years ago. Doing exactly what it is designed to do . Our cooling system works with less stress because of the moisture this machine pulls out saving on cooling cost.

Had an issue with the unit after purchase and it did not work. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful. The team sent me a new unit promptly. Truly excellent customer service.

This is a great product. We have it in our open space double car garage. It smells better in there. The moisture that shows itself on the concrete floor is gone. This product does a fine job.

1st unit I received stopped pulling out humidity after a couple months (only reason this is only a 4star) But working with customer service was a painless process and after determining it was a defective unit (maybe from transport) they sent me a new one. At every step of the way they wanted to ensure my satisfaction. So far 2nd one is working as expected!!
